Great stuff. Figured I'd mention cardio too. I followed the bro science for over a decade and just recently (within the last couple of months) started doing consistent cardio again. It's been nothing short of awesome. Leaner, healthier, more energy, all of it. Cardio is huge for life and health span which have become increasingly more important to me as I age and continue having kids (I'm 33 now). Either way, keep it up from one engineer to another.
